The Enterprise Ground Services (EGS) Operations Administrator will work with a diverse project team, spanning multiple geographic locations and time zones. In this position, the successful candidate will provide skilled support to assist the project leader and team in managing a fast-paced technical work program using agile processes. The successful candidate will function as:

1) Project Security Coordinator

2) Logistics Coordinator

3) Technical Editor

4) Documents Manager

5) Personnel Processing and Service Coordinator

As the Security Coordinator, key functions will include:

  • EGS visitor log management

  • EGS Distributed Systems Integration Laboratory (DSIL) access list management, including visitor access request management

  • Security training record tracking

  • Tracking stakeholder role assignment and access to sensitive/classified EGS


  • Tracking disposition and status for EGS services security accreditation (e.g.,

enclaves and services)

  • Badging and tracking support for events

As the Logistics Coordinator, key functions include:

  • Coordinate all voice/phone and electronic correspondence

  • EGS equipment inventory control, including purchasing initiation, tracking and status management via on-line tools (e.g., i-procurement, p-card)

  • Software accounting/on-boarding process management (i.e., logging/tracking incoming software to the EGS)

  • Event logistics support (e.g., rooms, AV, media, travel, visitor management) for COS and remotely hosted events

As the EGS Technical Editor, key functions include:

  • Grammar, coherency, spelling checks for EGS project products and deliverables

  • Content aggregation documentation of EGS products (e.g., Weekly Activity Reports) and associated postings

As the EGS Documents Manager, key functions include:

  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) management

  • Document repository management and status tracking

  • Action item tracking and reporting through final disposition

As the EGS Personnel Processing and Service Coordinator, key functions include:

  • Guiding and tracking EGS stakeholders (e.g., MITRE, FFRDC, Government, SETA, and Industry) through in-processing/on-boarding and out-processing/off-boarding

  • Cross-organization schedule and calendaring maintenance

  • Event management support (e.g., Incremental Design Review/Product Increment (IDR/PI) workshops, stakeholder visits, DV visits, DSIL visits) for COS and remotely located event stakeholders. This includes tracking DSIL events to ensure no mistaken overlap of visiting EGS stakeholders and their events (e.g., DSIL testing, DSIL tours). Event management also includes project and government related interviews, VIPs, commercial guests, and appointments

  • Distributing facility and lodging information for visitors.

Skills training record tracking for EGS program compliance purposes



- Experience developing and documenting processes and operating procedures

- Proficiency with the full MS Suite of tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)

- Proficiency in scheduling, accounting and tracking

- Very strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources

- Strong problem solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Must be self-motivated

- Experience working in an Agile environment

- Experience working with senior staff across multiple levels in organizations, including contractorand government

- Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA (a plus)

- Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence (a plus)

- Experience with process automation support(a plus)
