This position will be located at MITRE and customer facilities in Chantilly, VA.

Key Functions:

Leverage strong background in software development to build creative solutions to challenging problems. Many tasks will employ high level programming languages such as Python, Java, or C and an understanding of general web application design and development, GUI design, and technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, and BootStrap.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

  • Experienced in software application development. Familiar with Python, Java, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Git, and JIRA

  • Familiar with designing a system with considerations of performance and scalability.

  • Experience designing for web containers such as Tomcat or Flask.

  • Must be able to work independently on tasks.

  • Must be able to work with a team at all levels of design and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced developing applications for python Flask.

  • Experienced developing applications for Tomcat.

  • Development experience with JQuery and Bootstrap.

  • Understanding of STIX framework.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS and 3 years related experience.
