The Operations, Future and Transitions Group Leader in the Cyber Resiliency Department is both a first line manager and technical leader focused on charting research/work direction, staff development, engaging with internal and external customer, as well as ensuring rigor and technical quality of products delivered to our customers. The Operations, Future and Transition Group is engaged in transitioning, and operationalizing aspects of cyber resiliency. The group works in the areas of future evolutionary/revolutionary technology insertion, technology transition and performing cyber resiliency analyses and assessments. The group leader will engage their group, the department as well as the Cyber Solutions Technical Center in providing leadership and analytical skills to shape how cyber security and resilience challenges are met in partnership with Government and external partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS and 8 years related experience

  • Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mathematics or similar with Hands on Prototyping experience.

  • Possess a collateral SECRET clearance and the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance and a willingness to be processed for SCI Access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Adversary Driven Cyber Resiliency effects on communications and data systems

  • Understanding integration challenges

  • Demonstrated team player
