Interface with Senior Government leadership and Working Groups to develop governance processes, design reference architectures, and recommend new policies or changes to existing policies. Coordinate work across MITRE and its sponsors to understand the needs of different Government sponsors and provide an integrated view of the various ongoing MITRE activities to meet those needs. Contribute to and provide guidance and technical leadership for activities such as:\n- Design and deployment of functional, resilient, and secure IAM solutions\n- Address challenges associated with access control solutions such as Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)\n- Development of digital authorization policy management\nRequired Education/Experience: B.S. and/or equivalent experience.\nDesired Education/Experience M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field and 5 years IAM experience.\nRequired Skills: - Knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community Information Assurance programs and policy.\n- Knowledge of current IA technologies and practices, and their application to IAM.\n- Ability to work and lead by example in a collaborative environment.\nDesired Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills\n- Very strong oral and written communication skills.\n- Knowledge of relevant IAM and SOA standards.\n- Knowledge of PKI and certificate-based authentication is a plus\n- Able to balance equities across competing organizations and programs.\nTravel Statement *This position will require overnight travel up to 10% of the time.\nClearance Statement *Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
