Participate or lead technical interchange meetings and government-led studies.\nRequired Education/Experience: BS or equivalent and 5 years of related experience or MS or equivalent and 3 years of related experience or PhD and 1 year of related experience.\nDesired Education/Experience Seeking BS or equivalent in electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics with 5+ years experience in analysis, design, or development of digital communications systems. Requires experience in digital communications theory, detection and estimation theory, RF modulation techniques, military radio design and development, software-programmable radio design, error correction coding, spread spectrum techniques, and multiple access techniques. MS preferred. 7-10 years experience in analysis, design of development of digital communications systems preferred.\nRequired Skills: Requires technical skills to understand and analyze communications problems and trades.
